We are living through difficult times, dear friend!
We are so tired! Life has become challenging. And experts say, the effects can last for really long!
Some of us are suffering much more than others. Sometimes one wonders if there is light at the end of the tunnel.
The situation varies in different countries. But there is enough to be done all over to improve the situation.
Decision makers are doing what they can to challenge this. Researchers are fighting against the clock to get this to end.
But until each person does their part, we as a society are not going to be able to get out of this!

Here at the end, there unfortunately isn’t any list of three easy ways to challenge racism. Neither is there a nice picture that can be liked and shared.
For the work against racism is never done. Neither is it some small side issue that can be dealt with in a week.
But it is good to start from the beginning. Google for example “Eatnameamet”, and follow the path from there. Much luck on this journey. We will succeed in this as well. Together!
